Job Title: Marketing Manager - Bar/Restaurant Group Company: Location: Chicago, IL Description: Growing Chicago Bar Group is now seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee four local bar and grill concepts. The ideal candidate must be a strong leader, capable of dealing with a disparate team of staff and be able to stand on your own two feet, to market and brand the businesses. This candidate will help develop this role and requires a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends. You will be responsible for the marketing and promotion of each venue and be able to demonstrate a flair for developing ideas to keep your venue a step ahead of the competition. This is a very exciting position requiring an extremely outgoing personality to interact with new people on a daily basis. Principal Responsibilities: ? Develop and manage company brand ? Work directly with each store to develop customer loyalty ? Plan and implement detailed marketing strategy within defined budget ? Manage and build social media ? Execution of sales and strategic marketing plan to generate revenue growth Qualifications and Skills ? Must be a local candidate familiar with the Chicago market ? Must have experience marketing in the hospitality space ? Outgoing and creative personality with professional communication skills ? Demonstrated ability to successfully work independently ? Strong MS Office suite skills ? Experience with graphics program preferred Compensation ? $40,000 -$42,000 annual salary ?
