The Sales and Catering Coordinator's job duties will be evenly divided between sales and banquets and include menu planning, agenda setting and hotel meeting services. Duties also include contract review and facilitating communication before, during and post event with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service. Must posses the ability to generate leads, analyze event requests, assess catering product and equipment requirements, have experience in formal plated dinners, buffet display and beverage service. Excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, the ability to multi-task, and work independently, as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings and weekends.

This position requires a flexible schedule including most weekends and holidays. Your responsibilities will include the successful execution of all banquet events, from Corporate meetings to Weddings as well as Member events and Golf Tournaments. The Banquet manager works closely with the Catering Director to ensure a successful operation ending in a positive guest experience.
