The Catering Manager will oversee all catered events on campus, from coffee services to large banquet events, totaling just over $1M in revenue. The manager will ensure the success of the event from start to finish and direct a team of 20-40. This is a 9 month position with the months of December, January and February off.     Manages all catered events. Hires, schedules, and trains catering staff. Works with clients/customers to arrange and follow through on all catering details and to ensure all special requests are met. Directs setup for events. Responsible for pricing, billing and resolving customer complaints. Develops menu/costing. Basic Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: None Basic Functional Experience Required: None You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
