Position Overview
The Catering Manager will be responsible for marketing catering services of our clients' restaurant, solicit new catering clients and strengthen relationships with existing catering clients. Will be responsible for executing catering from simple deliveries to elegant banquets.
Responsibilities

- Manage logistics for all catering events

Qualifications
- At least three to five years experience as Catering Manager in high volume restaurant environment
- Catering experience in regional or national restaurant chain preferred

- Experience in hiring, training, and coaching catering staff
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
