Must be creative in designing buffets and coffee break décor. Attention to detail and consistency in every aspect of service is a must Position is very hands on with excessive interaction with clients during events. Ordering linen and maintaining uniforms. Inventory Control. Completes bar consumption reports Supervises bartenders during events Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage policy Beverage Inventory, ordering, receiving and controls. Time and attendance management. Cash Handling and banquet Checks. Other duties as assigned. Job Title: Catering Coordinator Company: Location: Tulsa, OK Description: Catering Coordinator We are currently seeking a full-time Catering Coordinator for Tulsa. The qualified individual will be responsible for coordinating Mazzio?s catering orders for customers and the restaurants. This position will pay approximately $9.60-12.00. Compensation will be determined at time of offer and based on applicable experience. The normal work schedule would be from 8a-4:30p Monday through Friday, unless there is an event that requires the Catering Coordinator?s presence outside of these hours/days. Successful Candidate will have: ? Demonstrated ability and skill in telemarketing or related customer service work in an inbound/outbound Call Center environment, as might be acquired through the equivalent of at least one year of related experience and the appropriate training ?
