Job Description: POSITION: FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER INTERESTS : Brand new premier destination Lodge, Casino, Restaurant and Conference Center in Deadwood, South Dakota. Seeking individual for F & B Mgr position interested in working with 20 unit award winning Restaurant Company at the Lodge. www.deadwoodlodge.com www.wrrestaurants.com QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking candidates with moderate to high volume Restaurant / Dining Room management experience. Need superior team building and people skills, guest relations skills, high energy and quality orientation. Able to develop team of managers. Able to monitor company standards. Need strong hands experience in : dining room, sports bar and banquet operations. Some kitchen experience preferred. Able to budget, control labor, bar and operational expenses. Need inventory and P & L background. PROPERTY : This scenic year-around resort stands in a hilltop meadow off the shoulder of historic Mount Roosevelt. Our spacious, Las Vegas-style casino features poker, blackjack and slots machines. The décor blends the natural beauty of the Black Hills with the rich qualities of a first-class resort. The Lodge will have 140 rooms and suites and the area’s finest quality restaurant dining and sports bar. Conference facilities for groups as small as 10 people or as many as 1,700 are available with year-around indoor waterpark . LOCATION : This Dakota region enjoys fine quality of life ratings. It is nestled in the Black Hills National Forest Region. Panoramic mountain views are all around this valley. The Black Hills are busy tourist destination for hiking, climbing, biking, skiing and snowmobiling and Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Historic Deadwood is rich in Western culture and casinos. RESTAURANT / SPORTS BAR / BANQUET INFORMATION : Our restaurant is casual elegance restaurant with light hard wood accents, massive custom stonework and Lodge design, booth seating, with separate full service sports bar. Seating up to 300 including bar and dining room seating. The menu offers steaks / chops, grilled seafood, authentic pastas, gourmet pizzas and daily Chef features. Total F & B sales est. to be 2.7+ mill. Restaurant sales over 2 million / yr. Banquets up to 800, 20,000 sq. ft. , over 700,00 sales / yr. COMPANY INFORMATION: WR Restaurants Mgt. of Sioux Falls SD dba award winning Minerva’s Restaurant and Bar Company and is a partner with 60 unit Regency Hotel Company; one of the nation’s largest Hotel Management and Equity companies. Our WR Company has a collection of nineteen restaurants with ten catering facilities, each with a unique style but similar menu concept. Each average about 2.5 million / yr. in F & B sales. We will manage the Food and Beverage Department for the Casino & Hotel partnership. BENEFITS :Competitive salary and Profit Sharing.
